Order Turnaround

Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days. When your package ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Exceptions are during high-volume times, when processing time make take 5-7 business days. Please remember weekends and holidays are not business days.

Carriers

We ship every business day with USPS, UPS and FedEx.  Your order will be shipped by the method you select during checkout.  The length of time the order will take to get you will depend on which method you select and how far away you are from Muskegon, Michigan; plus any carrier delays they may be experiencing.

Insurance

Priority Mail orders are insured up to $50

FedEx and UPS order are insured up to $100

All other shipping methods and higher values are not insured, unless customer purchases Route Insurance.  You are offered Route Insurance at checkout for a small fee.  This insurance not only insures against lost packages, it also insures your package against porch pirate theft and stolen packages.

Lost Orders

If you order stops tracking or does not get delivered, please respond to your order confirmation email that you have not received your package.  Once we receive your email, the issue will be looked in to and determined if the package is just delayed or truly lost.  The carriers need several days to search for packages, so please be patient as this can take some time. 

If you purchased Route Insurance, you may file a lost package claim with them by using the link in your order confirmation email.
