RETURN POLICY 

When purchasing from us, you are agreeing to the following.

All sales are final.  We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If any items are missing from your order or there is damage, please notify us within 3 business days of when your package is delivered.

If you have an issue with your order that requires items to be returned or exchanged, please contact us by responding to your order confirmation email to request authorization to return and/or exchange.

Please note: We do not accept items back that have been used, all items must be in original packaging.  Items must be free of dirt, hair, marks, acquired smells or any foreign objects.

You will be required to pay for return shipping on your item.  Please keep your tracking number for your records. 

Once your item is received back, we will determine if the refund will be approved.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. When your package ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Exceptions are during high-volume times, when processing time make take 5-7 business days. 

All orders ship from Muskegon, Michigan

We ship every business day with USPS and FedEx.  UPS picks up every Monday & Friday.  Your order will be shipped by the method you select during checkout.  If your carrier charges less than you paid for the shipping method selected, we will refund the difference.
